SSM Registration

Steps to register a self-business or partnership, ssm registration:

  1. Clients are required to fill in the registration form.
  2. Upload the required documents.
  3. Make payment,
  4. After making the payment, the staff in charge will contact the clients through WhatsApp.

If the customer registers EzBiz SSM account for the first time,

  1. The staff from our team will ask the customer to verified the ownership at the nearest SSM counter. For the time being the verification via video call is delayed until further notice.
  2. After the verification is complete, customers will need to wait for a 1-2 days for the ssm registration process to be completed. The staff may contact the customer again if there is information in the form that need further explanation or need to be update or so on.
  3. The approved SSM registration will be issued with the certificates and will be send to the customer’s email in PDF format.

If the customer has an EzBiz account,

  1. The staff from kur team will inform the customer to check the inbox to see the temporary username and password which has been sent by the SSM administrator.
  2. The temporary username and password need to be given to the staff on duty to proceed to the next registration process.
  3. Customers will need to wait for a 1-2 Days for the registration process to be completed. The staff on duty may contact the customer again if there is information in the form that need further explanation or need to be update or so on.
  4. The approval time will mostly depends on the information given in the application form.
  5. The approved SSM certificate will be sent to the customer’s email in PDF format.
  6. This application form are ONLY for Sole Proprietorship and Partnership. SDN Company. BHD, PLT are NOT ALLOW to apply using this form.
