Due to rules and regulations, SSM online registration for a new company in Malaysia is mandatory. According to SSM, businesses that must be registered include any type of trade, commerce, craftsmanship, profession, or activity carried out for profit, with the exception specified under the Registration of Businesses Act (ROBA 1956).
