Incorporation of a company (Sdn Bhd) / per company includes the following:

• SSM/CCM registration fee
• Register of Members and Minute Book
• Company name search is limited to three (3) times. Additional applications will be charged RM100 for each application.
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Registered Office Address
• E & C Number Registration
• First Board of Directors’ Meeting Resolution
• Preparation of resolutions for the opening of the first two (2) bank accounts is free
• Company rubber stamp (round)

Fee does not include optional items (not mandatory under the Companies Act 2016):

• Company common seal & share certificate(s)
• Drafting of Company Constitution

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Fully completed incorporation form
2. Copy of Identity Card (NRIC) of directors and shareholders
3. Picture of the director(s) holding their Identity Card (NRIC)
4. Acknowledgement form signed by all directors
   An additional processing charge of RM100 will be imposed if there are more than three (3) directors or shareholders.

COMPANY REGISTERED ADDRESS:
Our company address will be used as the registered address for the purpose of correspondence with the authorities.

FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Full payment for the company incorporation fee (RM2,800.00) and the annual company secretarial fee must be settled before the incorporation process begins. The incorporation process will proceed once all required documents and information have been received.
